Give members a clear way to take part

Kyvera keeps poll votes, giveaway entries, suggestion reviews, highlights, and repeat-answer rules persistent so interactions survive restarts and stay manageable from Discord or the dashboard.

Polls

  • Create two to ten options from Discord or the dashboard.
  • Members vote with buttons and can move their vote before the poll ends.
  • Set an optional deadline or end a poll manually.
  • Final results remain visible on the original Discord message.

Giveaways

  • Choose the prize, deadline, winner count, destination, and optional required role.
  • Entries are de-duplicated and checked against the role requirement.
  • Kyvera selects winners automatically at the deadline.
  • Staff can end early or reroll winners from Discord or the dashboard.

Suggestions

    Configure intake

    Choose a suggestion channel and an optional reviewer role in Community settings.

    Collect votes

    Members submit with /suggestion create and respond through upvote and downvote buttons.

    Close the loop

    Reviewers approve, reject, or mark a suggestion implemented with an optional staff note.

Starboard

  • Choose the destination channel, reaction emoji, and threshold.
  • Ignore noisy channels where highlights should not be created.
  • Kyvera updates the mirrored highlight when reactions change.
  • Recent highlights are visible from the dashboard for quick review.

Auto replies

  • Create FAQ-style triggers for repeated questions or support guidance.
  • Scope replies to specific channels or ignore selected channels.
  • Use cooldowns so popular phrases do not flood active chats.
  • Supported placeholders include {user}, {username}, {server}, and {channel}.

Embed styles

  • Customize giveaway, poll, suggestion, Starboard, ticket, and fallback embed styling.
  • Set accent colors, banner images, thumbnails, author badges, footer text, and footer icons.
  • Use the dashboard preview for visual editing or /embed-style for quick Discord-side changes.
  • Kyvera keeps the original buttons, counters, ticket state, and database workflows intact.
